With more than 612 locations throughout the United States, ARRC (Auto Rental
Resource Center) is the premier vehicle rental network in the nation, providing
technology resources, state-compliant rental agreements, insurance, training,
support and more to independent car rental operators across the country. The
system serves as a “minor league” to its parent U-Save system, helping and
encouraging its members to grow into full-scale franchises. Future plans call
for the development of a Canadian division of the company to supplement FSNA’s
