Sanford Miller
Co-CEO, Co-Chairman
Mr. Miller has spent his entire career in the car and truck rental industry. Prior to joining U-Save, he was the Chairman and CEO of Budget Group, Inc. (NYSE: BD), the owner/operator of the Budget brand worldwide, Ryder Truck Rental, Cruise America, and Van Pool Services. He is also the past President of both the American Car Rental Association and The Budget Licensee Advisory Council.
Prior to becoming the Chairman of Budget Group, Inc., Mr. Miller was Chairman and CEO of Team Rental Group, Inc., the largest franchisee in the Budget system, operating 50 different airport locations under the Budget brand.
Mr. Miller is on the Board of Directors of The Futures Foundation for Volusia County Schools. He is currently a Board Member and Chairman of The State University of New York at Oswego Alumni Foundation. Mr. Miller also currently sits on the President’s Advisory Board at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and he was honored as Florida’s Ernst & Young’s Master Entrepreneur of the Year.
Thomas McDonnell III
Co-CEO, Co-Chairman
Mr. McDonnell began with U-Save in 1994 as a franchisee and in 1996 bought the U-Save network. He has been an owner/operator in the transportation industry since 1990. Mr. McDonnell is also President of the LeFleur Transportation family of companies that provides non-emergency medical transportation services to government and corporate clients throughout Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Mr. McDonnell is also founder of PIC International, a non-profit corporation dedicated to the support and training of pastors at the Ukrainian seminary in Odessa.
Mr. McDonnell is a current member of the University of Southern Mississippi Foundation and the USM Foundation Investment Committee. He is the past President of USM’s Business Advisory Council for the School of Business and sits on the Board of Trustees for the Mississippi Kidney Foundation.
Robert Barton
President, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Barton has worked with Mr. Miller in the past serving as a VP for Budget Group, Inc. and its related subsidiaries from 1986-2000. From 2000-2003, Mr. Barton served as an Executive Director of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, before rejoining Mr. Miller in 2003. Mr. Barton is also the current President of the American Car Rental Association and is the 2009 recipient of the Russell J. Bruno Award as the Car Rental Executive of the Year. Mr. Barton began his professional career in the Miami office of KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mr. Barton also sits on the University of Tampa Business School Board of Advisors, the University of North Carolina-Greensboro Business School Board, and Frosch Touristik International, Germany’s third largest tour operator.
Marion H. Gray, Jr., CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gray joined FSNA as Chief Financial Officer in July 2009. Mr. Gray previously served as a consultant to the Company on financial and accounting matters. Prior to his work with FSNA, Mr. Gray served in key financial management roles with several organizations, including CFO of Intechra Holding Corporation, a nationwide electronics recycling firm, and CFO of Stewart Capital, LLC, a New Orleans based family office and private equity firm. Mr. Gray is a Cum Laude graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of CPAs.
Kendall Moore
VP, General Counsel and Secretary
As a lawyer specializing in Franchise and Corporate law, Mr. Moore has been the
General Counsel for U-Save since 2000. He is also a member of the Mississippi
Bar and International Franchise Association.
Henri Lefebvre
Chief Accounting Officer, Canadian General Manager
Mr. Lefebvre joined Rent-A-Wreck Capital Inc., the predecessor company to FSNA, and Practicar Systems Inc., the operator of the Rent-A-Wreck and Practicar car rental franchise systems in Canada, in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Director. Following the business combination with U-Save Auto Rental of America, Mr. Lefebvre continued with the company as Chief Accounting Officer and Canadian General Manager. He has been a Principal of Facto Management Inc., a private management consulting firm, since 1989 and Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Director of a junior public petroleum company from 1988 to 1994. He obtained his CGA in 1980 and is a member of the Certified General Accountants of Canada. Mr. Lefebvre obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa in 1970.
